On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area for 8 people, a living room with a sofa (which can be converted into a bed for two additional guests), a WC/urinal, a cozy winter garden with a wood-burning stove, and a private garden with a terrace. Upstairs, the house offers two bedrooms: Bedroom I with a double bed and a crib, Bedroom II with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, WC, urinal, and bathtub. Enjoy a healthy indoor climate and a welcoming atmosphere created by sustainable natural materials. Take time out in a peaceful setting surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Altmühltal Nature Park. Discover the Anlautertal, a side valley of the Altmühl, with its rich flora and romantic scenery. Nearby, you can visit castle ruins in Bechthal, the Roman Limes with its Roman tower in Erkertshofen, and the former prince-bishop’s water castle in Titting. Fossils of plants and animals from the Jurassic Sea can be found at Willibaldsburg in Eichstätt and the Blumenberg fossil quarry.
